Finding myself a girl

I had lived over dozen of crushes until I stumbled upon her. Mind you, it wasn't easy at all. For a person like me, who is as handsome as Chunky Pandey at a Mr. World contest, and ofcourse, with an equally handsome bank balance.

Long long time ago (little over 3 years), she had come over to my place. It was rather a very noisy day, with lot of guests filled all over the house. She was one of them but somehow I felt 'guest' would be the wrong word for her. I called my mom in my room, yes ofcourse, to introduce her. My mom was actually quite aware of her presence as she had opened up the hefty brown varnished main door helping her in. So my mom really didn't need an introduction. My mom had an uneasy feeling about seeing us together. It was actually strange, I am not too sure if I had intepreted her body language accurately.

All monkeys love banana. And why would one deny one when it walks upto one. And for a monkey who finds banana as attractive as a strawberry, what can I say.

Just like all teenagers (reaching their 20's) and monkeys, I was attracted to her. I didn't care much about the look, weight or anything materialistic about her. I truly felt that she was made only for me. We did get a chance to talk about each other. I would proudly say, I leaded the most of it, too good for an introvert like me. I had learnt everything about her, almost! We decided to get into a relationship, a different sort of.

Like all young lovers, I took her out, proudly presented her to my friends, spent enough time (all the time!), cared for her and what-not. We actually went along pretty well until one day when she gave up on me. I was hurt. But, I didn't let her go so easily. Patched up with her and were once again on song. Although, deep inside, I was insecure, lost her trust and was sure that I would not be able to take anything like that again. And this time I wanted to make sure I made the next move before she did.

From there on, it was just what happens to all monkeys. After eating enough bananas, I started to scratch my head, thought - it was time to leap to another tree.

FYI: I am soon going to move from Dell Inspiron 8100 (she) notebook to a beautiful looking mac powerbook (apple!). :)
